Safe place for spiritual advancement of self

Outstanding value for money traditional style haha yoga. No pretentious yoga with loud music and people going there to be seen, this is a yoga studio for those who want to actually do yoga.

If looking for hatha yoga or/ and esoteric philosophy this is the place to go to
