Your driver parked everybody in at Karaglen shopping centre. When I spoke to him I told him that is not a parking and he said yes I know I am not parked I am just waiting for the paperwork but the truck was off , he was parked and he knew that. WARNING!!! - Smart Truck hire does not do honest business. They take a deposit and do not pay you back. They block your phone number if you try to call them after you made a booking and paid. Lindiwe seem to be over her head in the position she has and has no clue how to deal with problems like a truck not arriving on time, refunds and other problems. Rather deal with more reputable service providers. Take note of this review as they may try to hide or deny it.

Booked a car yesterday, today when I went to collect the people who were supposed to release the vehicle had no idea about my booking. And the person we booked through had their phone switched off.

One of your trucks almost drove into me on Stormvoel road and just stormed off. Very irrespinsible!
