Hertz Rent a Car South Africa

If I could I'd give no starts. Firstly I got a Toyota Aygo whereby a day later the engine light came back on. I had to drive it back just imagine what I would be held responsible for if the car broke. Then swapped it for a Suzuki Swift. After returning the car was signed off. Then they found a small chip not even a crack on the windscreen. And now holding me accountable even after sign off. They currently sitting with R3300 and demanding more. Don't RECOMMEND

We've been here for 30 minutes to get a car. This is after completing the supposedly quick check in online forms. We had to complete written documentation in the office again. Not good enough.

I returned my vehicle only to be told to wait for someone to attend to me. After about 15 minutes I walked out and told reception I just wanted to return a vehicle. I had to wait even longer before someone came to inspect the car. Very unprofessional and poor service.

I would just like to share my concern of the driver of the polo REG : HG 34 MS GP this morning coming down Kelly road. his utter disregard of any road rules is very concerning. over taking traffic on a double solid white line , only to force his way in 100 meters down the line to turn left. this all being done at a high speed. I managed to get a glimps of him turning into HERTZ gates and luck would have it he has to stop at the security for a check. This gave me the time I needed to get the REG number. This kind of poor behaviour does not look good for a company name .
