Literally the only reason I giving the one star is because I cant give them 0 stars. Despicable service. I've have 8 names and I realize that the same person answer the phone and give me a different name everytime he answersbecause he knows I cant pronounce Xhosa names. Hendrik, Thabula, Nati, Ronnie, I have no idea if these people actually exist. Different stories everytime I phone, no paper work to confirm procedure. The branch is ONE BIG scam. Staff on site tried their best and was very friendly, but very poor pathetic service from SMD head office. Took from 09h00 to 14h30 to sort my invoice, after numerous emails.

Great service; and above all very low waiting period The staff I very fast, dedicated too It's funny I drove 5 hours to the place only to be helped in less than 10 mins. I loved the service
