A friend recommended Dr Madden to me and I made an appointment even though I was afraid of the dentist and would not even go to one. During my first appointment Dr Madden was welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable. She did x-rays of my teeth to see the condition of each one, giving me a sense of comfort because I could see the x-rays too. After the appointment I received a quotation with all the things that needed to be done to my teeth. I could then make appointments based on the work that needed to be done. Dr Madden is a brilliant dentist and ensures that she works on your teeth with utmost care all the while making sure that you are doing fine while she is busy. I would definitely recommend her to anybody.
This is by far the best Dentist that I have ever been to. Dr Madden is really kind and friendly and always tells you exactly what is going on with the process of what needs to be done. If you are in Centurion and can get an appointment, this is the best place to go.
It has always be a pleasure to go to Dr Amanda, Dr is always very informative as to the condition of my teeth, what can be done and what should be done. Dr is never rushed , her undivided attention always makes you feel important and that your teeth and the condition is of the utmost important to her. Staff and Chair assistance are very professional. Dr Amanda truly made my sons second dental experience an amazing experience and one he wants to go back to, as his first was bad and he had a terrible toothache and the thought of taking him to the dentist was daunting as he did not have a very good experience the first time with another dental practice however came across Smileworx and I must say my first interaction from an email explaining how my son was feeling and having El’louise van Eck respond with such love and care assured me my son will be in good hands and indeed upon arrival and sitting in Dr Amandas chair my son felt secure and confident and I love how she explained everything she was doing to him she is an AMAZING Dr who is truly a God Sent I would highly recommend her!!!!
Had a wonderful experience. First time appointment and definitely going back again! Did a complete crown on location. No waiting, no fuss, no pain. Excellent work and a definite recommendation for anybody that fears dentists. You will be in great hands!
