Absolutely awful place ! Brogan is rude and helpful and for the last 3 months my prescription has been wrong when I go to collect it from the pharmacy not their error so I end up chasing between pharmacy and Doctors - quite frankly I have better things to do after a day at work. You are very lucky if you get an answer on the phone - usually goes to voicemail or just rings and rings. Got more chance of seeing God than the Doctor. I was recently offered a telephone appointment in three weeks time - absolutely disgusted . Then they wonder why people go to A & E and clog the system up. Will leave this practice as soon as I can - my husband has a much better Doctor so I’ll go there.

absolutely incredible!!! after my wife has been trying to talk to someone since 8 o'clock in the morning, I tried to call and they answered me after 5 minutes... I explained nicely that my little girl is coughing very hard and that my wife tried to talk to them in the morning! They told me that they tried to call and that it was the wrong number, all kinds of excuses!!! Then they hung up on me in front of me!!!!The lady who works there should learn to behave!!!That’s s**t gp i had in last 8 years!!!

NHS has a lot of problems, but I get proper treatment from the doctors and staff at Prime Care.

Sharon is the issue here. Rude, arrogant and stupid. Maybe if she retired, the ratings would go up. She doesn’t know government guidelines either. She needs to be re-educated. God help us and all those who are struggling with this lady. Nicole, however is a fantastic receptionist, provides very good service. Sharon isn’t bothered about her job there. She just wakes up to make our lives a misery.

Lady doctor is lovely and the younger receptionist, however their is an older lady receptionist that is the lady on the surgery voicemail also!! She is horrid and needs to retire ASAP she is lacking empathy and the customer service skills needed for her job role! Rude and sounds like she cant be bothered . If shes that miserable she should leave!

The receptionist, Mattine has a very bad attitude with patients and does not pick up calls. I don’t know if it’s work stress or personal but this is inappropriate behaviour and your attitude towards the patients should be equal and always friendly. The doctor however is very nice and friendly, but I have to say otherwise about the receptionist.

Lazy doctor, has completely lost passion in her job, gave birth recently and needed an mri but doctor could not refer me and has made me wait over 3 weeks as she said she would contact me. Also i suffered from postnatal and she told me to suck it up and get on with it because it's part of life and that I should expect to sacrifice my life over my new child like she did when she was a surgeon but had to sacrifice her career and become a GP. I thought that was bizzare! The only thing nice about this place is the receptionist she is lovely attentive and very professional always happy to help. I will be changing my GO in due course.

Only reason I’ve been here for years is because no other doctors have space , the doctors don’t give care about you or your problems. Update; I’m unable to even get through anymore , they have the audacity to hang up on me

Very poor customer services experienced at the hands of very unprofessional and horrible receptionists employed at this surgery. They have no integrity, to the point will lie about patient experiences within the practice. I would advise to not ever register with this practice for the sake of your own sanity and health.

Attended this clinic for a couple years after moving to the area, had a few health issues and was left undiagnosed for the whole time even after numerous tests and scans! Even had a blood test to check iron and was told it was normal wasn’t until a year later a different doctor looked at my results and asked why I wasn’t taking iron supplements as I had low iron over a year which got even worse! Would never recommend this surgery to my worst enemy! I am now finally diagnosed with 2 different diseases which have caused me hell, and I am finally getting treatment for! If it was left to this surgery I will still be so Ill suffering now!
