I don't even know what to say. What a waste of my time. I called this morning to make an appointment, they gave me a 15:30pm slot. I arrived there at 15:20, was given a form to fill in and i was done filling it in at exactly 15:30. I Waited an hour and a half without anyone saying anything to me but patients are busy going in and being attended to. Eventually I asked if I'm gonna be attended to, and I'm told I can leave if i don't want to wait. I still can't believe it, took my handbag and left.
First impressions last, when we arrived at our appointment we waited 45 minutes to be helped. No apologies or excuses they just expect you to wait. The dentist advised us that she will send through a quotation to get medical aid approval and again 2 weeks later, we still have not received anything. Tried phoning no answer. I will definitely not recommend this place.
Very disappointed in the service, I have called twice trying to book an appointment and on both occasions the receptionist has asked for my details and says they would call back and never do. Irony of it all on my last call receptionist said she would never take a client's details and not call them back so it couldn't have been her first time i called, but well, here we are. I even offered to hold while she checked the diary because I was afraid of history repeating itself but she said she would definitely call me back.
Really good service. The receptionist, and dental assistant was friendly and professional. Went in to get my bottom left back tooth fixed, and the dentistDr Carin Jacobs, also friendly, informed me what caused the tooth to break. Was kept well informed during the process of getting my tooth fix. Never wondered what was being done. The whole experience was pleasant, and will definitely return for other dental services.

I just want to say. This dentist. Is AWESOME! She assisted me in the most perfect way. No pain, asking me the whole time, making jokes and has the most awesome personality. Will recommend her to anyone. My and my Family is joining her for future work. Thanks a million!!!!!
Very Pleasant experience.They are very professional and officiant in their work. will definitely recommend them . I hate needles but they were very professional and quick with the whole process.
Dr Jacobs is a kind dentist. She removed two of my teeth and was very gentle. I am 9 and will recommend her to other kids. Saskia Govender.
