Somerset West Library

The Somerset West library is amazing. Very well run, super friendly people and they organised some lovely holiday activities for kids. Go on and support them, really recommend it.

The library is nice and clean, my kids love to go there. They have a variety of books. The staff is very friendly. They could improve with labelling the books cabinets better . It's sometimes a struggle to find books on some cabinets as the labels are small and faded.

Somerset West Library, the staff are just extra helpful. Well kept and run library. How can I resist the favour of a friend above my own needs. Wheelchair friendly, very informative staff.

This Library is the best! Staff are friendly and helpfull.

I am disappointed with the guard at the entrance gate. He is so busy on his cellphone that he does not notice the people walking in or out. I am also disappointed with the appointed company that manages the Covid-19 process at the door. There is no communication - not even a greeting. Surely companies can train their staff better? There are many people who want jobs and can do better! Thank you to the helpful and professional library staff. This is one of my favourite places in town!

We love our library. It is well stocked and there is always something to choose. The library has been something of a pillar. It is constant. The librarians are wonderful.

As of today 11 November 2022 I was 10 minutes to early to hand in my books. I want to rapport the rude security guard who chased me away. He has no manners.
