Lovely ladies. Nkateko did my nails and she is a great technician. Really enjoyed the treatment. Had a gelish overlay done. Loved her work. Unfortunately after a short period the nails seemed a little brittle and I experienced rather rapid growth compared to what I'm used to. Not sure if it has to do with the products used or if it is my nails. Will still be getting my next treatment done here.
Mpumi is rude, I informed her my soak off water was too hot, she tells me I have to put my nails in as she has another client in an hour. I told her I get you have a schedule but my fingers are burning. She did not apologize or try make things better instead she gave me attitude. I’m never going back there.
This is by far the worst Sorbet experience I've ever had. The lady who was doing my toe nails didn't bother greeting that's okay, she went straight to my feet and started with soak-off. She lost patience and instead of it giving more time to remove, she decided to file the toe nails until I told her it's painful at that point I was already bleeding on the sides of my nails. She did it with so much force, I felt so uncomfortable being handled by her and being a person that hates complaining all I wanted was to be done and leave. My appointment was at 1pm, did I not reach out for pain killers at 2am because my toe nail was horribly painful?! I am never going back there and would definitely never recommend them.
Did gel on my toes but it started peeling off the very same day which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. They were helpful to rectify it though.
I hugely reccomend this Sorbet with the amazing Nail Tech Nompi. She is exceptional, perfectionist and she know how to understand clientele request. Best sorbet I ever being. Thank you Staff and Nompi for the serviceServices: Manicure
The only Sorbet Nailbar worth going to. Ask for Nkateko, she will give you princess or prince treatment. From when you arrive up to when you leave, everything is 5 star. Do yourself a favour and visit this store.Services: Manicure
I go here for my halfmoon manicures, because the ladies here do good manis that last. Halfmoon Manis grow out attractively too, these pics are my gelish after 10days.

Sobert Nicolway disappointed me. I got there at 327pm. They close at 6pm. The ladies were speaking in shona which they thought I don't understand. They told me the person who can do your nails is not around and we won't finish now. Yet between each other They were saying I want to knock off early. Meanwhile the other lady was doing a fellow member of staff's nails. I had never used Sorbet and as a big brand I expected more
