Terrible branch! I had a acrylic soak off and did a new set of acrylic nails. A few days later the acrylic chipped of a nail and my nails were stained. I called in to make them aware however I was told to whatsapp the boss. The boss replied to say come in to place my nails under the lamp and the chipped nail will be repaired. I messaged again to no avail. I called the branch again and was told she will speak to the boss and get back to me. I am still waiting it's now been 2 weeks and they couldn't be bothered about the bad service. I paid double here yet at another nail salon at half the price and it lasted a month. Very disappointingService: Acrylic nails
Only reason I didn't give full stars is the waiting time to be seen too. There was no one at the front reception when I walked in and I waited a while before anyone came to me. My nail tech was friendly, helpful and very professional.
Today I had the worst brazilian wax of my life that was done by Ansurya! It was extremely painful as she was not careful with where she put the wax and would wax parts that shouldn’t be! When I got home I noticed that not all of the hair was even removed and I paid R280 for this wax. Absolutely ridiculous. The cherry on top is that I had gel nails done at this salon about 3 weeks ago and was also left disappointed by the unskilled nail tech. Will not be returning to this salon after being a loyal client for many years.Services: Body waxing
Was very happy with the service but I feel it was a bit rushed as the staff wanted to go home, I didn't want to keep them any longer as I know it was close to closing time for them but when I got in the car to leave, I realized that my nail was filed scew and just less than a week later my nails are chipping. I don't believe it was worth the money spent.Service: Manicure
Great manicures and pedicures, really enjoyed it. They did mix us up though, we were 4 people and booked for 2 pedicures and 3 manicures, they were unable to do both pedicures
My mum & I had power pedis done. Not our first time having pedi at this branch but mine pedi was done 15 before my mum's and my technician didn't do my cuticles and trim down my toe nails.
I absolutely love Sorbet Pavilion. Its the only store i want to do my nails at. The ladies are full of energy and full of fun. Emily, Mpume, actually all of the girls are phenomenal. The store went out of their way to order me my favourite colour *SCANDOLOUS. Its a beautiful red with tinges of Orange. Its an absolute favourite of mine.Services: Acrylic nails
Seshni from Sorbet Pavillon is absolutely amazing. Excellent service and level of professionalism. Always get my facials done with her and my waxing and the results are always great.Services: Pedicure
Friendly service but the workmanship of nail technicians leaves much to be desired.
