Love this Woolworths. It's quiet and open and warm atmosphere. Great food section. They have a very small selection of pre cooled meals, but their fresh foods and meat are always well stocked
It's good for basic shopping, but their clothing section for men doesn't have much options
I purchased a tub of Ice Cream and a pack of Sugar Cones from Woolworths Westwood Mall on the 22nd December 2021 as a dessert for my Christmas lunch. The ice cream tasted off and the nuts was tasting funny, sour or stale and the ice cream itself had a cheap chocolate taste. My first thought was that Woolworths had lowered their standard and was adding cheaper ingredients to their R90/2lt a tub ice cream. When I had a look at the expiry date I was completely and utterly disappointed in Woolworths. The product had expired 3 months ago. This is not the quality and standard that I have come to expect from Woolworths. I would never in the past take a second look at the expiry date of their products guess I will have to in future.

I had a lovely experience , met a wonderful lady , Roshni is a specialist on skin conditions . She helped me choose some good products for my skin and it's doing very well . I hope her bosses appreciate her and promote her, she definitely deserves a good bonus .
Was impressed by the lady at the till who was serving me , she welcomed with a smile she went and collect popcorns for when l told her l couldn’t find them , she asked if she can and look them for me with a smile and she was so quick to came back , she scanned the prize and told me first before she could carry on with all my goodies Keep shunning girl

I wasn't too happy with the Woolies experience and it's always my most looked-forward-on-the-list for shopping. The produce did not keep fresh for longer than a week, the service received was very slow and the stock available was disappointing. I think the shop needs quite a bit of attention and upgrade. The staff, however, was pleasant and the security on top form.
