This establishment has extremely terrible customer service especially the security guards are very disrespectful and they don't value the community and lastly they close before time. That is when they talk any way they, even threaten to get physical when you don't obey i promise to take this matter to Facebook and Twitter and even further to the attorneys

Great treatment from Supervisor who is Sthembile Nala she knows how to treat customer poor or rich young/older big up to you, I wish that all staff were like you

Its a good supermarket especial in that location,just that I hate it when they closing to go to pray. And what are supposed to do at the meantime while they praying. They need to run that shop like any other Pick n Pay

It needs to be under new management their food is bad and stale you sometimes find that theres no bread they are not organized they dont even have uniforms they wear they own clothes it very disturbing in that place.

Some times they charge wrong prices , what u see in the shelf sometimes at the till point it's higher and I have faced this scam quite a few times and I don't believe it's a mistake .

It was so bad today I got attacked verbally by a cashier at the kiosk. Bad service the store was full yet they only had 4 tills open.

I feel like customers from a little further away from this community are not safe, from street hobos and robbers etc.

The service was bad. This is the first time,I've received bad service at a Pick n Pay store.

No prices on products, staff is good bt management seems to let things slide easily.

It need the improvement really and it not other township Pick n Pay .Especial in management style
