I went to collect my online order at Clicks Scottburgh today, after being informed it was ready for collection. Upon arriving I went to the collection counter and tried to get someone to help me, all to no avail. The staff were just walking past ignoring me. One staff member came right up to me and looked something up in the book at the collections counter, all the time while flat out ignoring me! After waiting there for an hour I ended up phoning the head office in a vain attempt to get someone to assist me with my order. Once again, all to no avail! Even though the head office phoned the store and told them to help me I was still left standing, no-one, I mean NO-ONE bothered to help me. Eventually, after an hour, the manager herself ended up helping me collect my order. Not ONE of the staff could be bothered!!!! I have NEVER been treated so badly, ignored and humiliated by the staff of Clicks Scottburgh, disgusting!
Purchased 2 x Deodorants and 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner, when I got home I checked my cash slip and found I had been charged for an additional conditioner R72.99, not a cheap mistake. I will be going back to get my credit..... no wonder there was a mistake, only 1 till open don't worry about people queueing up.
Quite a well run store. I am impressed with the efficiency of the pharmacy within and the service provided from all the staff. I have been here on a few occasions and will certainly return. I know I can trust the advice of the pharmacists and will get treated fairly and warmly. As for the store as a whole, the employees are trained well and know their products and placements. Will definitely recommend you stop by the Clicks Pharmacy before going to any other pharmacy as they are trustworthy and you know they will be open and honest with a great track record. Their prices are also extremely fair.
After many years of finding that the prices shown on the shelves are way less than what I am charged at the checkout, today was the final straw. I bought a product marked R287 only to get home to find that I was actually charged R338..R51 more!!!!!! I am a pensioner and will never go back to Clicks again. I will be telling everyone I know that you cannot be trusted.
Went for my vaccine today, The staff were so kind and helpful. I was terrified and they allayed all my fears. From registration to the sister doing the vaccine. Thank you. You did Clicks proud.
False advertising. I picked up a clicks pamphlet. Saw a toaster that i liked. Went back the next day drove 10km. That toaster wasn't available. Spoke to a staff member about a rain check. She told me that we don't do that. Asked her about the advert that this store is advertising. Her answer was it is only for selected stores, yet i took the pamphlet from this store and no where did it say available at selected stores only. So in a nutshell they advertise items that they dont keep.
Why does Clicks offer the service to have prescriptions pre-packed if they are unable to deliver the service?? So frustrating. Unacceptable!!!
Very fast and professional service, I love the number operated system that sends you a sms to inform you that your number in the que is next. You can browse around in the shop while waiting your turn at the pharmacy
Mid December...and their aircon not working!!! and apparentlt its not been working for x2 weeks!! Their management not putting enough pressure in the centre management?..or are they too good friends to ensure their clients are comfortable during their best shopping days/hours?? Or do Clicks not care?
Made an appointment online, upon arrival, nurse on duty was on lunch. They had to call her back. Clearly my appointment was not made......
