The Retirement Sector requires skills and knowledge and a high level of quality assurance involving food handling, cooking processes and special diet preparation. Our Catering Managers are attuned to the unique and special needs of this market. And through ongoing menu research & development our Executive Chef is responsible for menu planning, creation of new dishes and quality control.
In order to alleviate menu fatigue, social events and promotional meals are planned to add a varied dimension to the patients’ day.
