This Volkswagen and Toyota dealerships are beautiful and perfectly positioned right in the heart of Soweto. Not far from the Orlando stadium. The services offered are great and stuff is professional and friendly
I took my car in for service and it was never the same. Suddenly I experienced issues with battery and got charged for wipers and Ariel over two months even today they don't know what happened to them because the lady who was assisting me left the business and no one is willing to take accountability. Well took my car over 8 days back to get the wipers & Ariel installed but with no luck so my car is still stuck with there because there's no way I'm collecting till they install what I paid for. I guess their service manager doesn't really care because this was bought to his attention but nothing was done.
Well it's fine but the stuff is a bit unfriendly apart from one Odelia she makes you feel at home and goes the extra mile to ensure you are ok and given the best service.
I am staying in Witpoortjie .Roodepoort I work in Constantia Kloof but I chose Soweto VW because of their Warm, Friendly and Professional service be it on the phone or persona .contact . I will never go anywhere else. Keep us the wonderful service.
I have visited this place quite often and I am always received with a smile. The staff are very knowledgeable about the features of the cars on show.
The lady from the bookings department for service should be taken in for customer service training. There's a huge room for improvement in the manner that she interacts with customers. The rest of the staff members were friendly and nice.
The level of standard so high brought to Soweto is amazing. Place is neat, welcoming and proffessional. It spells out growth for Soweto people.
Really disappointing in terms of service delivery to their customers making empty promises to do call back's to customers. Always sticking to one excuse as too their system is not working and they don't even update should the be any changes....i am not happy with how they do things there is too much favoritism in terms of who gets a quicker service response.
The staff there is vibrant friendly and knows their jobs..the sales Manager Chris and his team are wonderful the ever smiling team and entertaining
excellent service you provided from the day we come to VW Maponya Soweto, Derrick , Ayanda , Vincent actually all the staff members from the receptionist all of you were very welcoming I thank you , thank you @Maponya VW Soweto
