Very bad experience with this atm wouldn't recommend anyone to even withdrew money from this atm very bad service
What can I say about this "company"? If an Spark ATM is serviced by a CIT team you will only have to wait for 4-7 days for it to be loaded after it was emptied... When you call they are "very sorry for the inconvenience" and will "escalate the matter". If you have a self loaded Spark ATM and the machine has a problem they use a very mart tactic of sending a technician within a week of you reporting it. That way if they show up the error cleared itself... If it is a hardware fault they will replace the part with whatever part is in there car, if there is no part in the car the will go back to the office and retrieve the part and come install it... install it a week or two later that is. If you call to hear what the holdup is they will "escalate the matter" and are "very sorry for the inconvenience". So if you are interested in paying R2000+ a month for a matter to be "escalated" and an apology, then this is the pathetic company for you.
Worst company ever. They keep stealiing my money as they are deducting money without my consent. Their customer service is very unfriendly and not helpful. Stay away from Spark ATM as far as you can.. It is not true that you tried to contact me telephonically. Our cell and landline has not changed you have them in your documents and we did not receive a missed call from you! Shows me that nothing is changing and you will continue stealing customers money. As I personally do not want to deal with thieves in my life I will advise you to contact the management of my company under the well known number.
Beware...if you do not keep your ATM full they can take money out of your account..they dont even need your permission..because you signed the contract...I was a customer for more than 10 years then they "fined" me for not keeping it full of money...if I can remember correctly it was +-R4000 over 2 months..+-R2000 per each month..I'm not a customer anymore.
When it comes to money matters, Spark ATM Systems will avoid you as much as they possibly can. Do yourself a favor and invest in your business elsewhere.
Stay away, Spark ATM Systems will only provide you with false promises and endless correspondence - ZERO after sale service!
Sir/Madam Sibonelo Mthimkhulu i have a licence code c1 i wants a job to drive here lyk staff diliever , and i passed grade 12 in 2011 i'm good man.
Frustrating. It's not an atm. No one would give me cash, inspite of the amount of times I tried to force my plastic into the employees.
There's never a time u get assisted with their ATM issues
Welcoming people and quite friendly. Excellent service.
