They did a very poor job, I paid R1100 for a full auto detailing. It was of the same standard as a car wash. They didn't polish the car nor clean the seats properly. I was told to buy odour remover after complaining although this was included in the detailing.Service: Auto detailing
Terrible experience. I took my car to them to remove marks from the roof lining... Not only did they not get the marks out and made me pay; the permanently damaged my car's roof lining beyond repair. I took the marks out myself in the end, but now I am stuck with the damage. The owner was willing to meet me half way to have the roof material replaced, but by a vendor who cannot give a guarantee or use the same material. I found a different vendor, but they couldn't remove the roof lining safely. I went to Toyota to get a quote from them which was obviously more and went back to the owner. He instantly took an aggressive stance against me saying he was willing to help me out of goodness. He now denies that they are to blame and say they have photos of the roof being damaged before they started. I was chased off the premised and threatened never to come back or risk bodily harm. STAY AWAY

Always a pleasure to have my car washed here. Drive out with a "brand new" showroom condition car. Small long overdue price increase, but still absolute value for money. Best toasted chicken and mayonnaise sandwich in a looooong time. Awesome side salad! Great service from start to finish!
Used to be a nice place years ago, but the last 3 times I went there the service was absolutely pathetic. Seems like the personnel are permanently on slow strike. Every single time after they've finished I had to point out areas that were literally not even touched by a sponge. Twice had to remind them about the tyre polish after they've already "finished". Don't know what's going on there the last year or two, but I'm definitely not wasting my money there anymore.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Very profesional and very busy and I will visit this place again. Had my car's underside steel cleaned this afternoon and I am very happy. I need to visit this business again for a good car clean.
Takes insanely long for a "Sparkling" car wash. Think I was there for almost an hour and a half, and no line ahead of me in the wash bay. The drying and inside of the car took about 45min alone. This after waiting about 15min for them to get to my car after the wash.
Rank amateurs. Spend your money elsewhere instead of wasting precious time with an amateur establishment.
Very disappointed. Not the kind of service I'm used to. Some of the staff would rather chat and make jokes the whole time instead of doing their work. Has been there for more than 1 hour and it wasn't even busy. I had to ask management for help just to finish in time for my next appointment.
