Sparwas karwas

Sparwas has got new owners. I have taken our vehicle for a valet. Good effort was put into it and the cleaner has tried her best. After 3 days our vehicle started to smell bad, I phoned and there was no answer, then I send a whatsapp to raise my concern after more than a week the owner has still not replied to my whatsapp. My vehicle is smelling vrot. This morning I parked the vehicle in the sun. Removed the loose mats only to find that the carpets are still wet. This is now more than a week. I am really dissapointed as SPARWAS used to be the best. The previous owner always went the extra mile, I can not say the same for the new one............

The level of service and care the staff puts in every car is exceptional. ElisaI presume she is the owner is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. I was impressed by how she addresses her staff, they have a good working relationship.

Amazing car wash. Quick wash times and a sparkling clean wash. The new owner has taken over well from the old owner and seem to have kept the place mostly the same. Only complaint that I have are the price increases every couple of months. Currently a full-house wash for a car is R90 whereas a year ago it was R70. But nevertheless, good value for money!

New owners really care, it is now a very valuable addition to our part of town! You can go and wash your car with confidence.
