Why have a telephone and don't answer it's pointless

I tried calling your Eastrand mall branch 3 times this morning and they cut the call each time. Why have a telephone if you don't want to answer it ?

It's a brilliant shop, I'd like to visit soon, it was awesome.

Kappa in East Rand Mall needs to be commended. Wide range, great prices, and a gentleman who works there named Nelson is a blessing to Customer Service, give that man a raise!

Staff are very friendly however customer service is slacking badly. They are chatting with each other instead of helpin customers at the till.

Theres always a vibe here although theres not much employees theres always someone to assist you and the employees themselves are nice always happy to help

Number online for the store does not work, quite pathetic

Shelves are fairly empty. Not a big veriaty on sport goods as the name would suggest. There are better places to go to when looking for sporting goods
