Standard Bank - Golden Acre Shopping Centre

Absolutely poor service. Never set your foot in this branch if you value your time. Consultants are dragging their feet, literally. I spent 3 hours begging to be helped.

I arrive at the branch at 11.05 these was 3 client before me , it's not 11:58 and yet I'm waiting to be seen. Consultance is having there own conversation , there is no sense of urgency.

Poor service, long waiting periods. Actually deserves zero stars.

Never come to this branch, consultants take their own time helping other people and understaffed. No urgency in them to assist others.

Hour waiting time . Still didn't get any service understaffed/poorly managed

Understaffed no customer service waiting period an hour just to been seen.

Worst service ever came into the branch for a replacement card one consultant at her desk the other one just stood up and walked away 6 people sitting in the line pathetic for bank Wow shocking I won’t return here again consultant came now only to help somebody who’s sitting and came after me wow saying he doesn’t not have the system to give me a new card
