Lovely experience at Seoul Garden! Food was amazing and definitely an abundance of it. For a big group of 17 we could enjoy a bite of every flavour they had to offer. Compliments to the chef. Service was excellent. Kevin, thank you for your kindness and hosting us. Will definitely be back Dietary restrictions: They ask before dining in and would make it possible for you.
This place is truly a one of a kind experience. It's run by a South African man Kevin, his Korean wife, and her mother. Kevin serves food to the tables, and his wife and mother in law do the cooking. There are only a few tables and so the service is very attentive and personalised. My sister and I grew up in Asia and have been struggling to find authentic Asian food in Pretoria. This place blew us away with its dedication to making only food that is authentically Korean. Kevin, our host, was very nice to talk to and we had great conversations. But let's get to the food. We got the set menu dinner. You get to choose meat dishes according to the number of people, so for us that was 2. We got two massive hotplates with meat, a few veggies and a marinade that we then put over a small stove and cooked it ourselves.
Had a birthday celebration here. Had an amazing time. Enjoyed the food and hospitality.

I never had a Korean cuisine experience before, I must say the host Kevin I believe is your name was fully detailed about the meals we ate and that's one of the reasons why I love this industry, His passion was portrayed on each dish made. My favorite dish was the hotpot, but the short rib and seafood was just as good. I will definitely come back just for the experience and amazing culinary journey.
Really delicious authentic Korean food. The restaurant is set in a very quiet area and is quite serene. Lots of delicious banchan!! Best Kimchi that I've had in SA!!
What an authentic South Korean experience, great food en better atmosphere, not to mention the awesome service from the owners, will definitely be going again
Such a lovely, intimate experience with the most amazing, authentic Korean food. Truly a once in a life time experience, that should not be missed! Thank you to the very accommodating host Kevin, for a wonderful customer experience from the day we made the booking until the end of our meal.
What a complete waste of time and effort. Incompetent and annoying. No way to make a booking, speak to an actual human, the list goes on. I actually hope this restaurant goes out of business
