Disgusting ladies toilets. Horrible smells and dirty toilet bowl. Only two out of the 15 odd stalls were clean. No soap in dispensers. Bad customer service at the kiosk. Only two slush flavors are working. When I asked for a refund, three staff members laughed at me. How is it my fault that there is NO slush available? Only gave 1 star for the nice comfy, spacious leather seats inside the cinema

I would’ve given a five star had I not been scammed into purchasing iMax 3D glasses online only to be told that they are not available at this cinema. I asked the lady by the counter if I can at least be compensated with a bottle of water and she refused so be warned DO NOT purchase the imax 3D glasses online you will be highly disappointed. None the less the Avatar movie was awesome.

Good movie house for the kids. Long lines with only 2 staff serving snacks so that could be improved. Switching from generator to Eskom did take some time but the kids had fun

The kids' cinema is fun for little ones. Colourful seats and a slide. Slide can be overwhelming when a movie plays because it gets dark, but the kids don't seem to mind it

Very neat and clean theatre with a great selection of movies and snacks at great prices.

Facilities are in good condition and we had a good time. Service was poor and the staff in general seems to hate their lives.

So considering the modern day of cinema how is it possible that this cinema has not been updated to atleast more comfortable seats? The purchase of tickets is quick and easy since its self service but that's it, nothing else. That was the best part.other than that it's a very old cinema and in desperate need of a upgrade.

The seats are comfortable better than cedar. Though the sound wasn't as good as we know it. Cedar was better soundwise

A very bad experience underway today. Its 16.42 the movie which we booked for was for 16.00. There was no explanation for the delay which we experienced. At16.15 nothing had started and we pointed out the fact that the movie was not for 16.30 it was already 30 minutes late. We are still waiting dor Strange World to start. At 16. 25 they started a 3D version of the movie. We are supposed to be watching the 2D so no one could see anything. After informing the staff members the movie was stopped and we are now sitting staring at a blank screen with no explanation to us as the customers, no apology for the wrong movie. A 45 minute delay is simply not acceptable. The service and attention to detail can definitely be better.

The worst movie experience. I had to ask them to increase the volume twice and it was still soft. Next time I'll go to century cinema in Northgate
