Have been driving Subarus for 28 years. An outstanding car. Ultra reliable and out-performs many 4x4s on the market. Have had my cars serviced in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town. All good. 4 years currently in Forester with Adaptive Speed Control. Marvelous. New model with Adaptive Speed Control + Lane Departure Control even better.
Great service and the Staff smiled and we were just looking, if you're buying a car ask for Kyle, he was really helpful without being too pushy, a quality service, provided.
Friendly service, very good vehicle maintenance, less convenient if you're living on the west coast
My 150000 km service was done very well, no complaints, thank you.
Absolutely amazed by the helpful and enthusiastic service I received from Fiona !
Very efficient first service experience. Vehicle was ready sooner than initially expected.
Service was efficient, lift offered, but would need to wait for an hour before drivers became available. Only issue was service people where not knowledgeable about technical aspects of the car, seems to be a bit of lack of training that should be there when you sell a car with a level of features
Don’t take your Subaru to Thorpe for a repair. Trust me. Friendly enough, but that’s all I can say. This experience cost us time and money and basically damaged our car. Stick to companies who specialise in Subaru.
I have had an ongoing problem with my older Subaru 2006 and used local mechanics to fix. I learned my lesson! One visit to Thorp and it was all fixed and affordable. Great service, friendly staff who kept me informed of the progress of my car the entire way through the day. I was offered cost options to make it more affordable or to stagger the repairs. The problem was fixed quickly and easily. I was thrilled.
Did a fantastic job of checking the vehicle thoroughly for faults and impending necessary replacements. Sam kept me appraised throughout the service of advising the costs and progress. Really appreciated
