Summer Pools

The water suddenly started disappearing from my pool. Summerpools was asked to find and fix. First they said it was on my piping. By the time Summerpools was done they had replaced the suction line, the poolpump, the dial - all of which cost me. Eventually, when shown photographic evidence of lost water now more than when they started, they chalked it up to evaporation and insisted I pay the bill because "there was nothing wrong with the line". After I had the return line replaced by another company my waterline stopped dropping and the plants along the line suddenly stopped flourishing. No, a decided thumbs down from me.

My pool was grass green and within 48hrs later clear and blue!!! thank you SUMMERPOOLS and all staff for you rapid response & Service excellence. You will always be recommended by me as swimming pool companys number 1 in the Western Cape!! top service, Best customer service Ive recevied in a long time and outstanding workmenship. They never even called me back after my initial phone call. This shows just how little they care about your pool... Find someone else...

Sent a contact email from thier website, got no reply. Called them then and asked for a quote, got no reply. Service is clearly nonexistent.
