Place was dirty, it looked like they didn't know they having visitors kitchen had Cockroach blankets had bad smell swimming pool very dirty. No cutlery no tissues no towels.. We had to clean the place ourselves, staff unprofessional ... The building itself and furniture the design and style excellent wish the owner can have new staff to keep the place clean 2 its standard

It's a nice place, the staff is super nice and they will make sure you have a comfortable stay while you're there.

If I could give these people zero stars I would. I booked for a local guy in our village who was invited to attend a body-building championship. We raised the money, but unfortunately the venue changed, so we cancelled the booking in plenty of time, to rebook at the new venue. This was weeks ago, and the owner has still not refunded me, despite constant messages from Safarinow, who handled the booking, and myself. Promise after promise has resulted in nothing tangible. Is this any better than common thievery? I don't think so. These people cannot be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

Service is terrible.Self cattering but no cutlery given to the guest. No keys given to lock front door and while guest leaving clothes were stolen The employee had a terrible attitude and tried to over charge us when we had other people looking for book a room

The couches were not comfortable to sleep on furthermore linen for them was not provided. We ended up with 3 people sharing a bed. The rooms were not properly cleaned and fumigation is needed. One toilet paper per toilet for the whole weekend was not enough. Owner need to equip the kitchen with proper utensils and cookery. There was no bowls for cereal. the place is beautiful but it needs furniture in the lounge.

I recently visited this guesthousesunflower guesthouse and spa.I need to say that the place is beautiful on the outside but inside the rooms it's very dirty and has got a bad smell, there is no breakfast that's served on the rooms like they say on their website. The service is really poor no one even checks up on you if you still well or you checked in or out okay, no tour is given to show you where everything is located for example we were not told where the spa is or the restaurant nor the bar. Everytime you go out when you come back you will be asked if you have booked already this shows how unsafe we were as they don't know their guests. The above is just a highlight of the experience I had, nevertheless the cherry on top on this whole thing is when I opened the duvet cover that we were sleeping on the were blood spots all over it I even took pictures and videos of them with the hopes of letting them know when I check out but no one was there when I checked out and I was a bit scared because the spots of blood were too much I was not even sure what the blood was fordefinitely not period blood see picture attached.

The place is really nice i wish they could clean it proper and make sure that it smells good, hygiene is so important, kindly clean your windows,wash your beddings,wash blankets,clean toilets and showers Make your guests to feel at home.

Although the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean our experience with the guest house was not very good. There were people on the premise that was sitting outside and played loud music up until 2:00 the morning and screaming at each other instead of just talking to each other. They also slammed car doors shut various times

The shower needs some working on. The plugs are not working. There is no wifi. The sheets are bad. But it's a beautiful place, it just needs some working on, serious maintenance
