Graskop Holiday Resort

I arrived very late and this was the only option available for several miles. The attendant was helpful, but the accommodations left a lot to be desired. The lock on the door didn't work. The bathroom was horrible at best. There were windows broken out. It was a place to lay my head, but I will definitely find somewhere else to stay next time.

Honestly disappointed! From the gate ... I mean there's no locks to properly secure and make sure the gates are locked. The drive to our chalet was a mission... it's just potholes, the road is rotten. The rooms, I appreciate that the linen was clean but the toilet.. My goodness, it smelt as thou it's a public toilet... The pool is poorly maintained. The flooring needs to be renovated. I get that the place is reasonable but they shouldn't now make us feel as thou we settled... If you want your customers to be happy and recommendtthe place, please be serious about renovating or rather sell that place to a owner that will look after the place and do serious renovations. And those curtains... My gosh please change them

Disappointed!! First of all,thanks to the staff for trying to assist with anything we needed but the place is not as great. We struggled with water to flush the toilet and shower. The gate is not safe anyone can go under it even if it's locked, the place is not well maintained,we never got to see the so called owner he probably just comes to collect money he doesn't care about customer service ,the pool is not clean, luckily bedding was at least clean however 1 mattress had blood under it, it's not a decent and friendly place for visitors...it doesn't even deserve 1 star , it must be closed down !

Do not believe a word from what is written. We ordered through an order website. We arrived at the place in time and there was no one at reception. We called the manager who refused to confirm a room claiming there was no order. The representative of the service of the reservation site was not successful either Having no choice, we paid a full price. The room was awful. Without towels, even though we asked, everything is dirty, blood marks on the sheets and blankets, only cold water. Holes in the ceiling. Just stay away. The worst that could be

The place it's nice but their swimming pool pictures are deceiving because the pool it's so small even for my 9 year old.Rooms: 3/5

Very very bad. Electricity and water off most of the day. Loud musick cant sleep. Not epuipted for 4 people have to have you own kitchen ware and towels. The swimmingpool was dirty and empry no water. The lady at the reception is rude and unhelpfull .I paid up months in advange when i got there i had to look up payments in my bank because they could find it. No never again will i go there terrible service had to ask for a braaier all is broken .no microwave or aircon. The bed on top you must climb a ladder and that is even broken so my child had to sleep on the floor .No hot water to bath in. Aa

Poor service at restaurant. The toilets were without paper, blocked and no water. If they want to accommodate such a high number of people, the should ensure that they can handle the numbers.

This is the most dangerous resort I've ever come across, we were robbed at gun point all our belongings were taken by the thugs in short our vacation was ruined. The owner was never seen until today we never heard from him/her. The doors are not in good condition it's easy for a person to come in, we didn't have hot water for bathing, there's no security only visibility of police at the gate but inside the resort dololo. It's a nice place if taken care of but for now I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, actually it's stay at your own risk.

The service was bad. It had old utilities. Electricity was constantly giving a problem to a point where we even showered with cold water. The place is situated in the perfect spot but the owner seems to not care or something. It seems like everything is just old.
