This store has always been a flagship type "Warehouse" that caters for everyone's sports and recreational equipment and clothing needs. The store is well stocked and beautifully displayed. The management and service of the staff has always been of a high standard. Keep up the great work you guys are doing at the store.

I would like to take this time, to appreciate the service that was provided by one of your employees. Wendy went above and beyond to help me with an issue had with a watch, I had purchased. Although it took awhile to sort out, she was able to inform me step by step, keeping me in the loop. Wendy is gem, she was proffessional and effiecint in dealing with me and situation. What amazing staff!!! I was helped, they didn't have stock of the one item. They took my name and number. Fifteen minutes later I received an sms with a reference number to say they will keep me up-to-date about the product they ordered for me. Thank you, you guys are amazing.  Don't get this kind of customer care anymore.

It's okay,doesn't have a wide range of products versus the other stores...most stuff is online...especially the sports bag...very dull section

Friendly and  very helpful staff.

Was inquiring about an out of warranty claim on a Fitbit purchased in store . Was informed that it would be a bit of a hassle for them to assist . Was given the number of Fitbit South Africa who informed me that  Fitbit’s were not repairable??? So basically once out of warranty any further issues are dealt with by having to purchase another. Not great service

I visited with my husband for our son's sport equipment.  Parking can be a problem. Selection is good. Prices are probably not high but do seem to be on a bit of the expensive side.  Staff for the most part are helpful if not truly knowledgeable about what is required or what is in stock.  Clean and air conditioned.
