Table View Football Club

Visited venue for a soccer/football match. Great facilities, with a stunning view of Table Mountain, but became aware of some racial tension between a group of people attending & match fficials.

We are happy to be part of TVFC, great facilities, great and kind coaches and parents, the boys are having lots of fun u9&u14.

Great facilities and a well kept football club

My father, brother & I were there in September 1985 when the TVFC was first built. We signed our names on bricks that were then built up with the walls. You see we were some of the founding members and I can tell you that this Club holds a special place in a lot of people living in and around Table View. When I played we were lucky enough to win the U/14 championship of the entire Western Province. My brother received a trophy for scoring 72 goals in one season. Every match either at home or away our father would come to watch and shout his advice from the sideline. It is a great place for the youth to make friends for life, they will also learn a lot of other life lessons but most of all when you get to be as old as I am you have fond memories of just playing soccer with your mates :

The local soccer club for those who love red. Top notch coaches. Unpretentious like other southern suburb clubs. Revamping the clubhouse should bring in more visitors. Tuck shop and we'll stocked bar. Pop in and have a natter with the soccer lads.

I have attended several private parties at this venue and recommended it with 5 stars due to the clean facilities, plenty of convenient parking and the exceptionally well run and efficient bar , these guys and girls are like Messi and Ronaldo on the pitch ...This team should consult to other bars on how to run a well stocked establishment where the beers are cold and the service is efficient.

2 of the fields closest to the clubhouse are in decent condition, the other fields have a lot of divots and weeds. Overall though by Cape Town standards theses fields are OK. When the South Easter blows these fields get hammered by the wind.
