I can't recommend this shop because of the following experience: Two months ago I bought a product there. The owner explicitly told me that it comes with a warranty and I can make this warranty work in every shop selling the product. A few weeks later I had to make use of the warranty, registered to the warranty program of the manufacturer online. The manufacturer confirmed that I can make use of the warranty and I went to this shop to get the replacement. Within three weeks and three visits at the shop, the owner still didn't replace the product because of questionable excuses like "I didn't recieve your mail with the warranty code." even though I've sent it to him twice. Then I have written the warranty code and my name on a paper and gave it to him. Without success. After asking why it can be so difficult to get this done, the owner even behaved verbally aggressive. Is this how a shop owner should treat his customers?

Its another surf store, always good to visit them all when looking for the next board to add to the quiver. They also offer t-shit printing.

By all means avoid this renting equipment from them. I rented a board. Mitch, son of the owner was very helpful. But this was the only good thing about this place. They don't care about the sport and their own equipment. The board I rented was at least 10 years old. It had many cracks. But I was told that the board is ok. However once I brought it to Big Bay and exposed it to the sun I immediately saw that old cracks were never properly repaired and water is seeping from them. I took the board to nearest rental where we sealed the holes with water proof duct tape. I filmed the cracks. But when returning the boards the owner only accused me of damaging the board. Explaining him that I filmed the board before taking it to the water, employees of the surf shop can confirm that the board had holes before I went windsurfing didn’t help. He just didn’t care, he only accused me of damaging the board. They dont care about equipemnt they are renting, they don't care about customers. Don't deal with them.
