Went to this establishment for a friend's birthday lunch. I don't really have much to say - I expected better/same level of service compared to other Tashas restaurants. The food was good, the complimentary birthday cake slice was DELICIOUS. Underwhelmed but we enjoyed ourselves.
Unique, lively, upscale vibe in an open air market flush with tables. We had a great avo toast, fresh eggs and toast. You could visit many times and continue exploring this menu that has lots of options. We sat near the street and the warm breeze and social atmosphere kept us happy throughout our time. Have coffee, a snack or brunch style meal here. You won't regret it.
I went there for breakfast with a friend on Friday. The place was packed as usual. Positives: 1. I got the "Rodeo Drive" Sandwich on Ciabatta and the chicken mayo was delicious. The chicken was tender and the mayo was flavourful. You can taste the freshness of all the ingredients. 2. Their French Toast was light and fluffy with a sweet crunch. The mascarpone and fruit jam paired really well with the toasts. 3. The Cucumber Granita was delicious and refreshing. Negatives: 1. The French Toast was initially served to us burnt on one side. We mentioned it to our waitress and got a another plate made after about 20 minutes. Overall this place offers great tasting food with good service. It's an elevated establishment who knows what they are doing. Dietary restrictions: You can swop milk for Soy Milk with R10 extra
Its absolutely beautiful inside. They have a ceiling that will make one feel like you are dining in an exclusive restaurant. The service was beautiful. The food was presented so beautifully and tasted just as beautiful. It has a seating area outside as well. Makes for great pictures.
We waited for 20 minutes to be seated, but the food was delicious and the ambience was lovely, so it was worth the wait. The service was good, but I asked for several items on the menu and was told that they could not serve me what I wanted because they did not have specific ingredients. Nonetheless, the food I chose was undeniably delicious.

Ambiance and Food - excellent. Pity about the slow service once seated. After initial contact, service was acceptable. Lane variety of dishes available. Vegetarian options: Sicilia Panini was delicious. Its a vegetarian meal that any carnivore would enjoy. Parking: Ample parking.
Came here for brunch today and all tables were occupied. The staff made a table available and added more umbrellas in the outdoor seating. Despite full capacity, the drinks and food arrived quickly and it was delicious.
The food was good and the service was excellent. I am deeply disappointed to have learned that the waiters are being paid a merger R1500 per month for more than 18 years without increase while the owner is residing and still making more money in Dubai . On top of that they pay fully for the uniforms the shirt, converse tekkies, jeans and apron . Natasha can do better than that. I would like to see a black manager for a change. Jeez.
Just love this place. The friendly location, the outdoor seating, the food, the table service - these make me a happy regular.
