They were doing a family day, which I understand, happens once a quarter. Charlie T was there from Algoa FM, a very pleasant personality, DJ'ing for the event. A wide variety of vehicles were on display, polo's, t-cross, tiguan, bakkies, and the transporter. They had jumping castles, face paintings, coffee, "wors rolls" and water. It was definitely worth the visit, and achieved the objective of being a perfect family outing. Hours are 8 to 1pm. They will definitely see me at the next event.

Generally good interactions with all the staff, but it is the small things that cause me not to give it 5 stars. We purchased 2 vehicles over the span of 8 months. For the first one we requested the window tinting option, and specifically requested that no company branding stickers be placed on the window before applying the tint, but this was ignored. For the second vehicle, we requested that the vehicle not be washed or cleaned in any way prior to delivery. The sales person agreed to this, but on the day the vehicle arrived, I was given a call and told that the vehicle would be ready for collection the next day, as it was sent to "his polishing guy". The person that did the poishing had no idea what they were doing, and as a result, the car is full of machine swirl marks.

Overall excellent service from Tavcor VW William Moffet, friendly staff, and professionalism. Really professional staff and excellent service overall

Very disappointed.. I've bought the new polo tsi in August 2022 and it came with many rattles which tavcor vw were unable to fix. We took the car in over 6 times already and wasted our time and money on fuel that we will never get back. However, they refuse to give a new car or refund us for the car. This is unfair as we spent a lot on this new car, only for it to come with issues which were not our problem! Neither caused by us! I am appauled! And I know that I am not the only person who has issues with the new polo's Very disappointed!!!

I booked my Transporter in for a general oil change service The entire experience from the booking, check in and collection of the vehicle was handled very professionally. All Covid protocols followed Will definitely recommend the service department to all VW drivers.
