"Tender Home Based Care is an organization that provide home nursing services, for the disable, frail, senior citizen that need help. The organization has a one point accountability nursing practitioner. At Tender Home Based Care we understand the physical changes occur during the normal aging process that can cause gradual decline. We also realized that our senior are still able to make their own decision, however, at some point our old people need our help and it become the children/family responsibility to find help from home nursing service that has the understanding, have empathy and are able to be the eye and hand where family cannot reach in case of Alzheimer, Diabetes, Age related macular degeneration, and all age related disease."
