I had to take my dog who had been attacked and was in a critical condition. A vet saw her immediately and worked well after hours to ensure the dog received the necessary care and treatment. I was given regular updates during my dog's stay. Extremely happy with the service.

We called 4 times on the 1st of June as we lost our beloved Sparky who was recently treated by you. No one bothered to call back, amidst our grief we had to search for alternative help. To think that we moved from another vet because we lost our precious little boy Hector whilst being treated there. Where's the compassion This is appaling service. I

Most amazing group off people to ever help with my pets. Amazing service and support system when I thought I would almost lose my little für baby they updated me everyday he was in the hospital. Cant recommend them enough to anyone looking for a outstanding Vet clinic.

The vet was very caring when we had to put our beloved cat Moe to sleep.

We needed to euthanize our beloved pet. She was a big dog, over 50kg, unable to walk due to pain from a fast growing tumour in her leg and shoulder and loss of the use of one paw but still full of life and love. We did not want to cause her further anxiety or pain by making her walk and climb into a car. Our vet was not open to house calls, even though I asked in advance whether we could make an appointment. The Avenues were so kind and helpful, especially as we had never been seen by them before. They made a plan for us. No traumatic wait either. The vet and her assistant were most understanding and sympathetic. They allowed our family to part from our beloved Tilly with no additional pain or trauma to her. Thank you for coming to our assistance

On referral from another Vet, I phoned and was accepted immediately to bring in my fur baby. At reception they were friendly and organized. Dr. Dyllan spelling, was soft spoken and clear in his diagnosis. My fur baby was operated on soon enough. I received a call from the Doctor updating me on the progress. The afternoon, there was a shift change in staff. They were friendly, compassionate and supportive. They had sound advise on future events. A day later, I received a call from the Vet to ask how the patient was doing. Thank you both to Harmelia Vet for phoning back to find out if all was well, and to The Avenues for their support and efficiency in quick diagnosis, operation and aftercare. I would definitely recommend both vets. Your fur babies are safe and in good care. You have support and compassion from the staff.
