We bought a bed,had very good service for a lady called Catherine. Bed was delivered the same day. Thanks guys
I spent over R11 000 on 3 beds this morning . Having just moved from EL we required beds delivered the same day. The same day delivery was communicated to the store who confirmed they would be able to assist and deliver. By 17:00 this afternoon we where still waiting. I contacted the store who again confirmed the beds where out on delivery and would be delivered. With the one star rating you can guess no beds arrived. Being from the Eastern Cape this type of poor service delivery is the norm. I was not expecting the same poor levels in Gauteng.
Service delivery poor. Bed was supposed to be delivered @ 2pm after having to call them to arrange delivery time. After numerous calls being told bed will be delived. 18:30. Still nothing
