FROM THE FARM
Beef Biltong Slabs: Yellow fat, choose between Wet, Medium wet, Medium dry or Dry (Lean or fatty). However you like it, we will have it!
Sliced Beef available in 2 flavours - BBQ with Garlic and Chili
Droe Wors: 100% Beef and Game mixed with beef fat. Free of pork and gluten
Beef Sticks/Bites - Available in Plain or Chili. These are the short chunky sticks, not the long skinny sticks
Cabanossi: 100% Beef and Game mixed with beef fat. Cabanossi is lightly smoked and hung to dry, also free of pork and gluten.
Nips: Our own unique creation. Perfect Bar snack. Bite size beef & fat chili bits. You will have to come see for yourself, it is growing quite popular.
Venison Biltong: Our range varies week to week between black wildebees, springbok, kudu, Impala etc.
Venison Sticks - Mostly Kudu and these are the long skinny dry sticks.
