I was the only person waiting to be served and the staff where busy chatting. I ended up going to spar across the road.
Super staff, keep it up. We're crazy about the Mango Lassi Smoothie and they made it so good! I've read the other reviews, and I feel management should consistently keep a check on the staff & reviews, as it is staff who usually uphold the reputation of a business.

On my third visit to Kauai i was pleasantly surprised by the good customer service as well as an improvement in the smoothies. The coffees were also very delicious. Will most definitely be returning. Thank you Kauai. Keep up the good work and remember consistency is key to customer satisfaction.
Went there at 2 minutes to 5, as I didn't know they close at 5, AND THEY SERVED ME CHEERFULLY, when they were fully entitled to refuse. Had a Berry Dairy smoothie. Excellent
Unacceptable, I go for my usually refreshing "All the Greens" smoothie and I get flavoured water, R74 wasted. The worst part is they did not even have the decency to advise me if they didn't have enough ingredients because I could have ordered something that I would enjoy... definitely not getting my business again I am disgusted
I love this Kauai because it is never really, really busy and the staff are always attentive. The place is clean, the food is good and I love the app!! Plus now you get delivery and have you seen their funky scooters...

Food was amazing. They are really constantly short on staff, waited 35min for a simple wrap. It's not the first time, I've previously cancelled my order and went to the coffee shop next door. There were other customers who weren't happy with the wait this time around. Fortunately, the staff are hard working and really try their best to keep customers happy, considering what their management has them working with. I stuck around and waited and enjoyed my meal.
Smoothies where great as always. We where among 4 people eating in and i ordered a burger which after not arriving for 20 minutes I then queried about and after the staff spending 2 to 3 minutes trying to understand how I paid for it and no burger was made, nothing was said or explanation or apology. Just a refund was given. So much for the bull less burger more like a bull less shop
