The Franklin

We were there for a shoot and the treatment was appalling. Communication is terrible. Upon our arrival there was no electricity and we couldn’t shoot for an hour or two. When we ask what’s the problem, the owner simply responded that he doesn’t work for City of Johannesburg and that it is not his problem. With this kind of a problem, some of our crew got stuck in a lift and the staff took time to assist with the matter and never bothered to apologise after that. Can I also mention that the lifts are not properly maintained and could be hazard to the visitors there. Throughout the shoot there’s a lady that came at 5am to kick us out telling us that it’s time for us to check out and she wouldn’t let us work properly until it was time for us to peacefully leave. She inspected the rooms while we were in them just to flex on us. If you need a place to sleep or a location to shoot, this is not it. There is nothing luxury about this place.

Absolutley amazing. The apartment I stayed in had everything you could want in your stay. The wifi was fast enough to work & the smart TV had Netflix already logged in. I would recommend This place.Rooms: 5/5

Franklin Loft Apartments Room 810 - this by far the worst place I have ever stayed in! From arrival the were issues, no plates, no dishes, only 2 small glasses, no cutlery besides 3 forks and 2 tee spoons. There was dirty linen in the washing machine, the bath tab was dirty, in an effort to me make this stay bearable I tried to make contact with the owner Mr Mashudu and the assistant Ponani more than once and were both absolutely USELESS. if your looking for an overnight stay or get away, Get away from these apartments.

The place is an absolute bliss, I love the way the whole apartment is designed and decorated. The TV had so many entertainment channels from music channels all the way to cartoon channels, this proves the amount of dedication they have towards providing you with a pleasing and a joyful experience. They also had a collection of books that you could read during your stay if you felt the need to. I had everything that I needed from cutlery, iron and ironing board. There were extra plugs that I could use to charge my phone provided they also gave me an adaptor. I would, with no hesitation, give them a five-star rating.

On the 8th floor. Spacious with weights and treadmills, bikes, and a rowing machine. There was a covered outdoor hot tub. Showers and restrooms. Functional but no elliptical machine. Open 24/7.

Great building, nice view. A little bit of noise from the street, some windows should be repaired, but the flat is great and the bathroom is comfortable and perfectly clean. 100% recommended.

Good, excellent touch and well maintain. It is beautiful building indeed, it is good for investment.
