I brought my mom here for an early Mother's day gift hot stone massage and a spa pedicure at the day spa, and she loved it! The therapist and technician did a great job, and she was treated wonderfully. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and made booking an easy and enjoyable process. Communication was open and coherent with quick replies. The location was easy to access make sure to search for the guest house, not the address on GoogleMaps. The food was 3/5, but that's subjective to our tastes. The place was beautiful - with clean-cut gardens, uncomplicated layout, well-labeled signs, impeccable up-keep, and it was very hygienic. There were no ramps for disability access, but the place is mostly on flat ground with plenty of space for easy wheelchair mobility. Overall, our experience at the day spa was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning!
Lazy Grape was fantastic. Staff and owner went over and above to accommodate us. I had a fabulous massage treatment while I stayed there. The only problem I experienced was Micheal the shuttle service con artist. He never wanted to give me an amount except for the airport trip. The night before I lift he wanted me to pay R270 per trip which was 14ks away. R540 return. Then he also said I need to give him an extra R250 for the airport which meant one way was R500 and the other ladies had to pay R350 each. Do not use him. The lodge is fabulous, I can definitely reckon it.
Had a wonderful time at this lodge. The owners are really lovely and make you feel at home. The people who work here are super kind and helpful this includes the cleaners, gardeners, receptionists and chefs who by the way make an amazing breakfast. Thank you. We visited in November of 2022.Rooms: 4/5

My sister and I went for the 2 hour Merlot package and had a lovely time. We were super relaxed after the bill treatment and it was a real treat!
The massage treatments were excellent. The staff were amazing and attentive. I also had a manicure and pedicure. Was disappointed with the nail polish as it seemed old and the lady struggled to get it on smoothly. After my manicure we were ushered our but my nails weren't dry so by the time I put my seat belt on and drove home.....my nails were a mess and I had to remove the nail polish
Thank you for the great stay. I will definitly stay there again, it was clean the food was excelent and the service was tops. Worth the money. Thanks you
