My favourite flavoured cakes will always be the vanilla cakes. I enjoy the textures- it's usually moist and not too sweet. The sweetness is added by the icing on top. The cakes are also usually rich in flavour but the one thing that continues to catch my attention is how The Little Cake Company makes it a priority to ensure that their cakes and cupcakes are moist and rich in flavour.

Ordered a chocolate cake for my daughters Birthday 4th May. Cake was extremely dry with a sand like texture, no taste and basically no buttercream between the cake layers. Fondant decoration looked lovely but was not the bright colours I asked for. Very disappointing when spending R855.00 for a celebration cake where you can only eat the decorations and have to throw the sponge in the bin.

The little cake Company deserves way more than 5 stars. I've had the pleasure of ordering from them a few times for family occasions. The cakes are absolutely delicious, and the delivery service is another huge perk. Would definitely recommend Lillian and her team ...Yavini

The cake wasn’t properly baked, ordered red velvet and didn’t get red velvet… althe cake didn’t look like what we asked for. The cake tasted stale Wasn’t worth the price. Highly disappointed
