Not at the correct location. Even if you make a booking, no one will advise that booking has been made, and they do NOT provide the correct location

Tshepi does an excellent job and make it an experience when I am there. Actually, from the call to remind me about the appointment, to the time I step through the door, all the ladies are professional and welcoming. Womandla is real.

Great service, neat environment. I would recommend tracking and monitoring of all your platforms for bookings- including online- to ensure the best customer experience. Have booked 3 times via your website with no follow up, it could turn clients off to think you have an appointment, only to get to the store and be told otherwise. If you are looking for a place where you can get a great pamper session, the loft nail bar is the place to be. It's a beautiful establishment. The min you walk in, you immediately feel your problems go away.

Online service booking is nonsense. The branch doesn't contact you to confirm your booking. You end up continuing with your day thinking you have a booking only to find that they are fully booked and they claim to have not received your online booking. Why have an online booking system if it doesn't help with customer service?

Went to use my gift voucher at the Nail Loft and the place was being gutted, looks like they moved out, feel very cheated. I give them no stars.

Did my nails yesterday, quite pleased with the set. The environment is neat and the service is great too. I’ll definitely be back!

The best bar by far! 2 years and still going back. My go to, mani and pedi heaven. Ask for Promise, she's my absolute tried and trusted tech. Always a pleasure and more than a spoil to get my nails done, be pampered, and chill.
