The service has been super slow. The sales agent never communicated updates, without me pestering for an update. Before making payment, I asked if stock was available, they said stock is available and then being told it takes 3 days for stock to come from the warehouse to the office. Ridiculous. Prepare to wait a long time for your order with minimal comms. Arranging your own courier also does not make a difference, you will wait.
Awesome service!!! Ordered 27 July and package was delivered on 29 July. An item was out of stock and they sent a replacement while waiting for the item to be sent from their Suppliers. Thank you so much!!
Quick and efficient I was assisted on Wednesday and my my items were available on Thursday
As a medical Dr requiring a range of items for a new practice I set up, I founf this company on the web and decided to support them as they are based in CpTn. Turned out to be a bad decision for me!! The rep, Abby took forever to send me quotes and got items incorrect repeatedly. The disappointing part is that I ordered the items on the 25 Feb 2021 and still havn' receieved anything as yet and no correspondence as to why the delay, or whether this was their usual service. Tried to call and email them ... and I still have no response from them!!! It may be another internet scam ... but, I'mhoping to at least know what happened to the money I paid to them already. Strong suggestion to steer away from this company ...
Absolutely terrible service. I still don't have all the items that I ordered from them. I ordered in December 2020 it's now March 2021. Each time I phoned they said they would get back to me. They still haven't. They also dont reply to emails. Pathetic.
False advertising very disappointed. On paramedic shop website it shows that the UNISEX PVC CLOGS R99.99 but when i phoned and went to the shop the company reply that they don't have the nor size. If you have stock in promotion make sure you have the stock and if a size are finish, make sure to state OUT OF STOCK OR TAKE IT DOWN. Management are very pathetic. I phoned again today and lady on the phone was worse then escom and the anc government

Absolutely horrible service. I placed a order 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting to find out when it will be delivered. I have called them and both times they told me they will get back to me and no-one has bothered to call me back. Inwould not recommended them at all. Don't waste your time with this place
Order my equipment from the on Monday and received it by Friday last week really happy with them and they will be getymore work from me
A circus shop! I am extremely disappointed with these guys' service. I don't think their staff is properly trained for customer service and support. These guys couldn't even coordinate a simple delivery with their courier. I am in utter disgust!!!
