Very helpful staff I must say, clean environment, store lay out is user-friendly and prices is affordable.
Always a pleasure to visit this Midas. I bought my deep cycle battery amd inverter and the sales reps explained exactly how the system worked and gave me the info i needed to make the right choice that worked for my need. They are always friendly direct, and easily help you if it be car parts or accessories.
I have been using this Midas branch for the last 12 years. Their staff are always helpful, friendly, and go the extra mile. Keep up the excellent service.
Poor, given wrong info over the phone, counter staff seemed to lack knowledge and tried blaming the system for their mistake. I will rather go to the montegue branch or Goldwagen next time , service more professional and friendly.
Very helpful staff. The gentleman even tested the scratch remover on my car and suggested that I do not buy it as it will not serve the purpose. Definitely recommend.
Quaint and effectively located store, staff where friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I normally get what I want but in numerous instances there is only 1 person that can assist with the more complex matters which unfortunately delays matters somewhat!! One would think that over time some of the other attendants would become more versatile??
Every time I go here, I have the same experience, and it doesn't matter who helps you at the sales counter. They never greet you back, they are extremely unfriendly and always seem irritated to have to help you, the client. I told my husband I'll try them for the last time today, maybe things have changed, but after this morning, I myself, won't ever go back there again. I would much rather drive out of my way and support a company who won't take their clients for granted.
Behind the counter staff can be a bit more friendly yeah we all under stress when busy but friendliness costs nothing and gains clients.
All products, friendly and efficient service.
