This is by far the best Volkswagen branch I’ve ever been to, Grant Lakey is the salesman to deal with, he is extremely knowledgeable trustworthy and really professional in everything he did for me. He gave me some of the best advice I’ve received in a long time from a dealership. Well done and wish you many happy sales!! I will definitely bring all my future business to you.

Service was alright. Logged a Service request online, heard nothing back. Called twice to be told that the System was offline and they'd call me back which never happened. Resorted to going in to book a service. From then on it was smoother sailing with better comms. Work done on car was of high quality with noticeable differences when driving.

A huge shout out to Jonathan - what great service I received from him and all staff at the Tableview VW today! Within 3 minutes of my car being booked in the driver was already ready to drop me off at home. Throughout the day I then received calls from Jonathan updating me on how the service was going which I appreciated. Overall I am very impressed with this VW branch and will only be booking my car in here from now on!

Title: Extremely Disappointed with VW Table View's Service I recently took my car for service at VW Table View on 01/06/23, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did my car come back with multiple faults, but the service center also expects me to pay for their mistakes. This is the second time I have faced such issues since I started servicing my car at VW Table View, and it has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon receiving my car after the service, I noticed that the wipers turned on automatically as soon as I started the engine. This is a clear indication of a faulty electrical system, and it's concerning that such a significant issue was overlooked during the service. Additionally, the boot sensor is also malfunctioning, which was perfectly fine before I handed over my car for servicing. What disappoints me even more is that VW Table View is now insisting that I pay for the repairs they need to make to rectify these faults. It is completely unreasonable to expect me to bear the financial burden for issues that occurred due to their negligence. As a customer, I expect reliable and competent service from a reputable car dealership like VW, and this experience has shattered my trust in their abilities.I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by VW Table View, and I strongly advise against anyone else using their services. Their lack of attention to detail, disregard for customer satisfaction, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes are simply unacceptable. I hope that VW Table View addresses these issues promptly and takes the necessary steps to rectify their shortcomings. Until then, I will be seeking service elsewhere for my car, and I caution others to do the same.

Terrible service, terrible work, terrible customer service and horrible and uncaring management! Natasha was great and tried her best but the rest of the staff should be fired including the dealership principal. When VW SA cannot even get a response of the dealership it should say something. My recommendation is to NEVER BUY A CAR AT VW TABLE VIEW. The after sales service will disappoint!

Great service and good costing. Much more efficient and cheaper than VW Waterfront because they costed my service correctly and didn’t overcharge for labor.

Bought my car in September 2022 and I don’t live in the Western Cape. Obtaining information about services done on the car, basically getting any information from anyone has been a constant struggle. Emails take weeks to get answered and even sending a Whatsapp you have to follow up countless times. Don’t have any problems with my car, but the after sales service is terrible.

The salesman sold the wrong car and even now I haven't received the car that I paid for. The wrong car was dirty, no spare key, no carpets, and license disks is expired. I've been waiting for my car for weeks the salesman can't keep his promises, the service I received was poor and I will never buy a car from this dealership, and I won't recommend somebody to buy on this dealership. What I want now is the correct car that I paid for.
