We have never received over a twelve month period a bill for rates and taxes. Then when we moved out and wanted to get our deposit back, they admitted they only now received the bill from the owner, they made a mistake and will only require us to pay the last two months, as it was their mistake. Then they backtracked and said we have to pay the full 12 months of rates and taxes to the value of R25000

We have worked with Trust Property and Jenni twice now. Both times the entire sales process went smoothly and successfully. Jenny Mulligan, whom I have never made contact with, phoned me on my private number yesterday, saying she got my number from one of the Builders warehouse staff members when she left her business card there. This is a violation of my right to privacy as per the POPIA Act and thus against the law to randomly SPAM me in this manner.
