When ever I'm in the area I have to visit. I love the vibe and Alan and the team is so friendly. Went to have my strings changed on my classic and just had to get the new 12 string Acoustic. The store is always clean, organized and stocked. This is the one and only stop for my music instruments. Will continue to support them. I'm always a happy customer.
1. This place has the best service you could possibly ask for 2. It's a huge store 3. They have everything you could possibly ask for A while back I bought my first guitar ever and it was a black Jackson guitar which I had, had my eyes for some time and then eventually I got it... I've been playing every single day since and you just get so into it that you'll never ever stop playing at all.
The staff are very friendly and helping. The branch manager really goes out of his way to help you. This branch has so much more to offer than I could possibly have imagined! I've always followed the Takealot and Amazon route... but with client service and smiles I received at this Bothners branch, I will support them far over any other place. 10 out of 10 - would recommend!

Great experience visiting Paul Bothners in Table View. The sales team was super helpful and really knew what they were talking about. I managed to find exactly what I wanted and walked away feeling confident, knowing that I got the keyboard that best suited my needs.
Absolutely amazing service. Placed an order online, was kept updated throughout the process and my order was delivered less than 2 hours later!! That is what you call service!
The folks at Bothers are very helpful when it comes to musical and recording equipment. I have used their website too and received same day delivery of an online order the same day.
Sent in my Pioneer XDJ for part repair, they were very quick and the price was great.. excellent service guys.. happy customer here
I previusly posted a 3 star review, saying the service is okay but could be better. The staff took the trouble to reply and to offer to improve my experience, so I'm upgrading my review to 4 stars for now. Next time I need to buy something there I'll update my review based on that experience. Kudos to Bothner Tableview for taking the time to respond. My current verdict then: Pay them a visit, you may well be pleasantly surprised...
Went out of their way to help with an old microphone that I found from my childhood. Spoke with head office in Ottery and with the manager at the Parklands branch and so impressed with these guys! So friendly and helpful, would recommend them any day!
