Outstanding delivery in all accounts, reception, cleanliness of the rooms, safe parking space. This is home away from home. Safety of both guests and vehicles well catered for. Again Thank you The Park Lodge Hotel for making our stay blissful. Rooms: Comfy and air conditioned,DSTV available for TV fanatics, equipped with a mini bar fridge and bathroom shower and reliable wifi coverage. Safety: Gated court-yard with available security 24/7 Walkability: Well located with numerous optional fast food restaurant in the vicinity should one opt for such.
I was part of the Department of Education when visiting the hotel last time. what a warm welcome in the rooms from that lady young lady Zanele who was walking up and down in our floor. She is so professional, she knows and love her job. We need people like her in the hospitality industry you can tell that she is going far with such skills. But on the second to last night I was so disappointed with the way that male supervisor Prince was shouting at his colleagues in the linen room as I was passing by going to the restaurant for breakfast. I still remember his words, he said “I’m the chief supervisor here when I and my mother are not around everything becomes a mess here in Housekeeping”It looks like that guy is rude, bully and have zero respect towards his colleagues please look into that because he make us feel uncomfortable around your hotel as guests.
The location is perfect for travelers close to N1 highway to an extent that navigation is not a must. The rooms are almost state of the art,they have everything one would require during your stay. Security is also tight access controlled I believe they also offer a shuttle on top of WiFi, laundry service, a safe, food and bar Rooms: The rooms are very clean here since they use white sheet.
The food was super amazing at the restaurant, a very beautiful lady at the restaurant was helping me, her name is Lulu. Her customer service is great, hope to see her next time. My room was clean everything perfect. Food & drinks: Best
Park Lodge hotel is a 3 Star hotel located at Thambo Sehume street-Pretoria near Manhattan hotel. The hotel has great ambience but the rooms were not as good as I expected. The room I was offered had a shower head too small with very high pressure, kitchen tap loose and almost getting disengaged, the towels turned color and a bit old for a place with such great external ambience. The place was also noisy as room offered was overlooking the parking zone and situation was made worse as I occasionally listened into phone conversations of my neighbor. On a good note, the place is strategically located and you can simply walk to town or take a walk in the park adjacent to this place. My special thanks go out to Lindo hope I got the name right! at the reception. If there is any valid reason I would choose to be a return visitor at this premise it would be this lady’s great customer care and not what is up for offer. Well done Lindo, your building the brand of Park Lodge!
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel allowed us to check-in super early and check-in was hassle-free. The room was very clean and although it's located near a busy road, the traffic noise wasn't that bad. If you use an Uber/Bolt, ask the hotel security to let them in since they can't collect or drop-off along the street or by the gate as there are taxi's parked nearby, and they are often subjected to harassment.
The room, the reception the whole building is so clean and it smells good. The food everything was out of this world. The only thing they need to check is fumigation as we saw three cockroaches in our room.Rooms: 5/5
Arrived at Pretoria station late at night which is never a good thing but this was mitigated by the FREE hotel shuttle that was already waiting. Service is friendly and efficient. Property is clean and presents beautifully. Breakfast was great. A property I would recommend.

A Very clean, and warm place with friendly professional staff. I spent my night in room 215. I checked in on 22/02/2022 and checked out on 23/02/2022. The only deplorable thing was the late loud noise from 2 ill-mannered guests who spoke loudly in the corridor as if they were the only people in the hotel - just disgusting because they were loud untill the early hours, past 2am - unacceptable bahaviour - complete lack of concideration. I wouldn't blame their poor attitude on the Hotel because, once you check in, you will see a 'DON'T DISTURB' sign well displayed right next to the entrance and your bed.
