The Pro Shop

Great experience. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable which is breath of fresh compared to some of my recent experiences. The chap I had helping me, Goodman helped me immensely in choosing the clubs I ultimately purchased. His patience, knowledge and willingness to try out multiple clubs and shafts I requested is highly commendable and I'm sure is recognized by the Pro Shop management. He has a real " can do" attitude which is quite rare these day. Well done to the Pro Shop and in particular Goodman.

My husband went to try out some news irons. Very good assistance from Ryan. However we arrived at 13h05, they close at 14h00, the staff at the coffee shop were quiet rude. They had already closed, cappuccino machine was being cleaned, no food. I just think 45 minutes seems extreme to close.

Sales people rather stand and talk ,or on their phones, I wanted to buy a golf set for my wife,no assistance what so ever,I must have looked like someone who cannot pay ,so I complained at the till when I paid for what I bought and the lady said next time she would help me,needless to say I will rather support another outlet and but the set there,useless to employ people that rather stand and talk to one another and play around that assit possible clients,pathetic service.

Various phone calls, almost 3 weeks later and still no resolve. I returned a pair of Foot joy premiums which I purchased less than a year ago. It had a tear on the 1 foot and I called in to ask if it could be returned, the salesman mentioned that it can. My shoes were return on and around the 9th of March 2023. No one has followed up with me. I had to call various times to get this sorted outthis has still not been resolved!. The salesman was supposed to call the supplier and get back to me various times, this has not materialised. This is not the customer service I expected to receive. The Golfers club does not provide service like this, the sales guy that I deal with there is on point and always willing to help. Can a manager please call me to resolve this issue. Big store for golf gear. They have a big fitting area and also used clubs. The service was friendly and helped us a lot.

Wasn't thrilled about my experience, the staff were too busy to dedicate enough time to help me decide which new full set of clubs would best suit me. Unfortunately I won't be back.

What a pleasure, tested out a club I have had my eye on for a while. I am definitely putting it in my bag shortly. If you do go here ask for Rikus, he knows his stuff and more. What a fantastic guy. Every sale going forward is yours
