This is the second time we have sold a property through The Property Centre and both transactions have been quick, smooth and straightforward.  The sale which completed yesterday was for £10k over the agreed asking price.  Offer accepted to completion was 9 weeks, at a time when other estate agents I own property outside Worcester, where The Property Centre sadly don't have an office are telling me that the average is 16 weeks for a straightforward sale!  Dan negotiated with the potential buyers on our behalf, doing a considerable amount of research to understand the chain and explain to us the situation of each interested party.  I have been into the office several times and have always received a warm welcome.  I'm really impressed with the team in the Worcester office.

Our experience with The Property Centre has been excellent from start to finish. Daniel Turpin was great when we viewed the property, put in an offer and had initial questions and Georgie Seymour, our sales progressor, has been excellent! She has kept in regular communication, helped us no end in following matters up and was really friendly, warm and approachable which made our experience much more enjoyable. Thank you!

All the team involved in the process of selling my property were extremely helpful.  Everything was thoroughly explained and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.  The property had viewings instantly and although the process with the solicitors took longer than expected, the agents were constantly chasing and keeping me informed every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated.

I was looking to move to the area, so the agents were extremely helpful with identifying potential properties, understanding my needs and understanding my position of not being readily available to view properties and worked with me and my availability to make it work. They were all extremely supportive with arrangements for mortgage arrangements, solicitors and general support with the whole process. They took on a very supportive role in chasing the chain involved and pushing to conclude as required.

At the Property centre they are very organised very professional taking into account all the details and aspects you are interested in. They inform you and update you with anything new comes up on the Properties market. Very quick and efficient. Well done at Property Centre Worcester. It’s been a pleasure

The team at The Property Centre Tolladine were amazing.  Liam showed us around the property and was amazing! He made us feel really comfortable and was super helpful! He was able to answer any questions we had.  Following on from putting an offer in the team were fantastic, talking us through each step, answering any questions we had and responding to emails very quickly.

Very good service.  Quick answers to questions.  Smooth operations.  The agency was a sales agent and we are very satisfied with the service.  I highly recommend.  Despite the fact that they were not our agent, they helped us a lot in finishing the transaction which was complicated.

Really appreciate the work of The Property Centre especially the sales serviced us ----Liam James. He is so thoughful. The whole experience is really good and happy. He recommended many houses to us which is highly fulfil our enquiries. And the company also provides mortgage advise severice which is in a clear and reasonable fee. It is happy to have them to service us in such a great time. Highly recommended.

The team are currently working extremely hard to find us a new home  which is proving to be difficult due to a shortage of suitable properties at the moment. They are being wonderfully supportive and make frequent contact to update us on any potential matches for us. Thank you for all that you are doing.

When viewing houses from The Property Centre, Liam was on time and was always knowledgable about the houses and would always get back to us with extra information if we requested it. Would recommend!
