Well equipped with several braai areas equipped with fridges, gas stoves and fully equipped. It is private and pleasant atmosphere. Cool swimming pool and safe for kids. Lots of game to view. Management and staff are friendly. Great value for money.
Terrible. No body their. Mattress as hard a a rock. Might as well sleep on the floor. Bedding torn. Its self catering only fridge in the room. Jacuzzi empty. Had a bee nest in it. Electricity wires lying on the floor covered with plastic bag for the rain. Shower so small. Entrance to the room you have to bend down. When you shower the head is so low its made for migets. 1 toilet roll given. Staff working there don't speak English. Not south africa. Can't speak back or understand you. NO reception. We left a day earlier. Can't believe people advertise so falsely and get away with it. Will never recommend anyone going there. This place is so neglected. Terrible experience.
Hi, we have stayed at the lodge this December. Allot of stuff went wrong. no electricity no water. No generators or solar panels. Bee nest in Jacuzzi my son is highly allergic to bees Owner tried to kill the bees with doom. Nobody used the Jacuzzi. To our suprize the bunker bed in our room was not screwed together but just places on top of each other. Was only noticed the last day. This is very irresponsible.
Fun was had at the bush last weekend, we enjoyed each and every moment not forgetting Johan the Land Lord who knows how to treat his guests, he made the last day extremely ecstatic. Thank you Johan for your humanity.
Fantastic place, clean well kept accommodation. Relaxed atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the outdoors. Swimming and fishing to keep the kids busy. Nice bar area. Had a wonderful weekend.
Worst lodge...they had 100's of activities shown on websites and at their gate....there is nothing of that sort.my kids were so bored !!its self catering but they dont mention that the kitchen is communal and you walk to the lapa kitchen....the rooms are too small,TV not working,no one to assist .maybe it's a racial thing...on reviews I read b4 booking ,the guests raved about the host....but I have nothing to say as they was nothing that he did to make me feel welcomed...just too happy to take my money!!
Had the best time ever family so friendly and 2 kids where so helpfull..clean and much fun will def see them soon.
Johan and team are helpful and accommodating. Visitors need to be aware of the forced shared kitchen facility.
Best experience I've ever had, friendly people... Best game drive... Awesome
It's a nice place full of nature but it's not my kind of a place
