I loved everything about this place. Gina and the team are amazing. They go way out to accommodate guest needs. The place is warm, beautiful, welcoming and very clean. I had a lovely spacious room. The room set up in suite 2 was well planned for guest comfort. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for my awesome stay. NirvanaRooms: 5/5
Group of parents stayed here for 4 nights in December for a kids sports day tour. Great area. Comfortable rooms and great beds. Staff friendly. Very nice entertainment area and pool. Nice breakfast. Biggest complaint is it’s unacceptable in SA not to have a battery backup at a B&B etc. All one needs is lights. Must get this right as it’s not a big expense to put in a backup that runs lights ,Wifi etc

We had wars experience ever at this place. I don’t know who gave this B&B 4 starts . Maybe 3 I can agree. We had problems with towels, and broken handle and plugs .. no one even bothered . And the most shock for me was breakfast: such poor verity and bad management I have never seen before. The only good thing was that stuff are nice people who try their best .. it’s the owners need to check how they run this place.
It is a very nice place to stay. Close to all shops and walking distance to the beach. The things that did not work for me was the fact that I have a table to work from but NO wall socket closeby to charge my laptop. It is a self catering room with microwave and utensils BUT not cloth to clean with. Will also be nice to have a pen and paper in the room.
Location, location, location. Booked this spot for my person and I as a small getaway in Umhlanga. This place is centrally located to chartwell drive. Walking distance to the Umhlanga beach. Julio's, Chef's table etc loved it. Safe area, we walked to most places. Staff and service was excellent. Definitely recommend. Will definitely book again.
What a wonderful stay we had at the Villa in Umhlanga From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such hospitality and friendly faces. The Hosts Gina and Duncan were amazing in every way. The rooms were sparkling clean and neat and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues and they truly take service to a new level. Breakfast was made and served hot and fresh every morning, and they attended to our every request. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the beach.They are wonderful hosts and we could not have asked for anything more.
Where do I begin? Absolutely beautiful and tranquil accommodation, that is ideally located a 5 minutes walk from Chartwell Drive. Mama Gina's warm welcome definitely set the tone for my stay, and it was all good things after that. I would highly recommend The Villa Umhlanga to anyone!Rooms: 4/5
I stayed here for a week. Although I was working I had the most relaxing time when I got home after a hard day at work. Very clean rooms and softest cumfy bedding.
